Positive: The view from the pool area was stunning and due to the villa being on a hill we always had a nice breeze outside. I also liked the facilities such as the pool table, the sauna, the pool jaccuzi function and the ping pong table. The villa overall was big in size and was perfect for our group. Mr. Dimitris seems like a great host and is very good in communicating.

Negative: The main issue was the aircondition timer in some of the rooms. In a country like Cyprus there should have been a way to bypass this function at least during the main summer months. We visited during a period of extreme heatwave and my friends could not sleep during the night as they had to keep waking up every two hours to turn the AC back on. In addition, there was an extra room (the one with 4 single beds) as an extention to the main house made of wood and felt like a dusty greenhouse as the AC in there was broken. Our friend staying in there had an allerginc reaction to the dust, took antihistamines and left from the villa. Finally, there are 7 bathrooms in the villa but only 2 had hand soap and 1 toilet paper each. I understand it is not mandatory to have that but it would be nice if there was more than 1 toilet paper and more hand soaps.

Summary: Stunning view and great host but renovation needed to make it perfect!

Positive: Very beautiful house, view, swimming pool, just everything. Would really recommend it. We had plenty of room for 15 people, I think we could’ve stayed here with double.

Positive: Demetris was a great host, very friendly, and kind. The villa is very spacious with all needed amenities, perfect for a large family group. The swimming pool, sauna room, and play area are a plus. We enjoyed the stunning views both day and night. Shops are a short drive from the villa.

Positive: Our host Demetris was very caring and responded quickly to all the issues that arose during our stay. The location was perfect with a fantastic view to the sea, very quiet and serene. The house had many bathrooms/showers which was great and a washing machine to wash whatever was needed. Demetris, stocked the house with water, juice, fresh cakes, mils, toilet paper - was really welcoming. The house is equipped with 3 fridges and one deep freeze which was perfect for us as we brought all our food with us. The floors and bathrooms were very clean.

Negative: The villa's public spaces (kitchen, living room, dining area, play room)are do not with A/C, I may have missed this in the house description but I think not, It was a very hot week and though Demetris sent over 3 additional fans it could not alleviate the heat, especially while cooking in the kitchen. Many of the bedrooms do not have windows and are not welcoming. The A/C in the bedrooms were on timers, which couldn't work for us, and Demetris had his handyman come in and change them to work on remote, but A/C was indeed a main issue. The Kitchen has seen better days, the oven was not clean the same for other areas in the kitchen. Sadly we had an "attack" of fire ants, in the pool and upstairs rooms, yet again Demetris called an exterminator to deal with it, but it was a work in progress throughout our stay. Mattresses are not new some with back issues may find this a problem.

Summary: Though we had issues, once overcome we had a lovely stay, and enjoyed the house, pool and view
